Yes – National Trust members can use their membership number to activate their special members rate when booking tickets. Click here for more information and how to book.

Please contact aritsancollectivefairs@riverstreetevents.co.uk and include your booking number, the email you booked with and your query.

A £3.50 transaction fee will be added per complete e-ticket order, or £4.50 for postal orders. This covers the admin costs of processing your order, credit card fees and, in the case of postal orders, delivering the tickets to you. This fee can also apply to tickets arranged for collection. The transaction fee applies per order not per ticket.

Children under 5 are free every day. Children aged 5-17 are charged at a child rate. Click here to see full ticket information. 

Under 18s are only admitted to the Fair when accompanied by an adult. In accordance with the law, visitors aged under 18 are not permitted to purchase/sample alcoholic drink products or purchase knives. It is the attending adult’s responsibility to ensure visitors aged under 18 are aware and comply with these laws for the duration of their visit to the Fair.

Any visitor who is registered disabled is able to claim a free ticket for a carer to accompany them to the Fair. Contact the Box Office, See Tickets here for more information.  

If you select an e-ticket you will immediately receive your tickets by email, which you can print straight away.

Alternatively, if you opt for tickets to be sent by post, they should arrive no later than 2 weeks before the Fair.

Dogs (other than guide dogs) are not permitted within the event due to the normal Wimpole restrictions.

Yes, there will be a selection of street food and bars available at the Fair. 

Yes, there will be vegan and vegetarian options available at the Fair. Check the Street Food and Artisan Food Producers for more information. 

The safety of our visitors and staff is our priority. We have implemented a comprehensive plan to help our visitors and staff feel secure. Click here to see the full details on how we are keeping you safe at this year’s Fair. 

We will be following the latest guidelines on social distancing and using signage and, where appropriate, floor markings to indicate best practice for social distancing. Our staff will be fully trained on social distancing, so they can make sure the latest guidelines are followed by all visitors. In line with government guidance, you’re no longer required to wear a face covering in most areas of the event, however we request that masks continue to be worn in areas that are particularly busy. 

 The toilets at Hardwicke Gate (car park) and hall are open. The facilities will be monitored and cleaned regularly for your safety.
