Yes, you will automatically receive a full refund for the price you paid for your tickets and transaction fee within the next 10 days from the date of cancellation (18/08/21) to the card you used to make your booking.

A £3.50 transaction fee will be added per complete e-ticket order, or £4.50 for postal orders. This covers the admin costs of processing your order, credit card fees and, in the case of postal orders, delivering the tickets to you. This fee can also apply to tickets arranged for collection. The transaction fee applies per order not per ticket.

Under 18s are only admitted to the Fair when accompanied by an adult. In accordance with the law, visitors aged under 18 are not permitted to purchase/sample alcoholic drink products or purchase knives. It is the attending adult’s responsibility to ensure visitors aged under 18 are aware and comply with these laws for the duration of their visit to the Fair.
Any visitor who is registered disabled is able to claim a free ticket for a carer to accompany them to the Fair. Contact the Box Office, See Tickets here for more information.
If you select an e-ticket you will immediately receive your tickets by email, which you can print straight away.
Alternatively, if you opt for tickets to be sent by post, they should arrive no later than 2 weeks before the Fair.
Dogs (other than guide dogs) are not permitted within the event due to the normal Wimpole restrictions.
Yes, there will be a selection of street food and bars available at the Fair.

We will be following the latest guidelines on social distancing and using signage and, where appropriate, floor markings to indicate best practice for social distancing. In line with government guidance, you’re no longer required to wear a face covering in most areas of the event, however we request that masks continue to be worn in areas that are particularly busy.
The toilets at Hardwicke Gate (car park) and hall are open. The facilities will be monitored and cleaned regularly for your safety.
